Remote shell in browser?

I'm looking for a way to get something as close as possible to an xterm on my home box from a public computer. Assume that all that's available on the public computer is Internet Exploder and port 80. Does something like a shell that runs as a web application exist?

If your public computer has Java, you can use this ssh client from the browser.
