ReKall, PgAccess ... Any Other DB Front Ends?

Have moved a bunch of Tables from MS Access to Postgresql running on FC3. I can get the data out in a format acceptable to me using sql, but the real world needs a nice interface.

Have looked at web pages for ReKall, and PgAccess. PgAccess looks pretty dead, ReKall looks more hopeful, but somewhat over my head as far as the installation effort necessary is concerned. OTOH, I don't have any problem with learning.

ReKall does seem to promote itself as a KDE app. Is my preference for Gnome likely to be a problem there? Is anyone aware of a strong support community for ReKall? Is there another similar app I should also be considering?
