I had to repartition my primary drive and reinstall windows on it yesterday. I had Suse 9.0 installed on the secondary drive, where it still remains. Is there a way to put GRUB with all of its necessary information back into the MBR without having to reinstall Suse?
I tried it, but it just opened a text program in the terminal that had about 30 commands. There was a command, INSTALL, that looked promising, but I didn't think it the best idea to go experimenting with my MBR without getting some more information, so someone please clue me in.
