Redhat 9 desktop

How can I resize my desktop to not be so chunky and big? Also, can I install my printer driver just like in windows? My HP PSC1210 printer is not listed.

well i assume you have a low res, so maybe set a higher resolution for things will be smaller, and maybe you can right click the panel and go to the properties and set it to the small panel or X small instead of large...

What I did is right click on the icon on desktop and resize it. And to use reduce the size of the font on desktop, just goto "Start => Control Panel => Fonts"

To me it looks neat and I'm happy.

did you launch up2date? My drivers were not listed either, until I updated with up2date.

I tried to change my resolution but on reboot it was right back to where it was before I changed it. My windows are so large that I can't see all of them without moving them around. I can't resize them any smaller than they are now. Any other ideas?
