RedHat 9 and libc.so.6


I try to install the patch 2199 for unreal and I have this message.

Verifying archive integrity... All good.
Uncompressing Unreal Tournament 2003 for GNU/Linux 2199 patch..........................................................................................
cannot handle file 'libc.so.6' with TLS data
The program returned an error code (1)


I'm using RedHat 9.

Thank you, I know there is a solution for redhat 8, but it's not working on RH9. I can't find those files.
