Redhat 7.2 on Compaq Deskpro 2000

Hullo,
I normally install Redhat from accross my network using the boot floppy and choosing FTP but for some reason my old Compaq deskpro won't play ball:

The problem is with the NIC (3Com EtherLink III ISA ) which REdhat won't load:

I get to the screen which asks me which driver I need to load - I choose 3Com and the installer says

Quote:
Failed to insert 3c59x Module
And none of the other drivers work.

The NIC works fine under windows.

Am I missing something? On the screen that I choose the 3com driver do I need to load any paramaters? (There is a box there but I would normally leave it blank)

Thanks in advance
