RedHat 7.2 missing compatibility file

I've have installed RedHat 7.2 (requirement). I'm installing a third party software package that includes Oracle 8.1.7. There are a few steps that are required before running the Oracle install. One of the steps requires serveral compatibilities files to be installed. I can not locate one of the files: compat-libstdc++6.2.2.9.0.16.i386.rpm. The documentation states that this file is located on the RedHat 7.2 cd. But it is not! Any idea to where I can locate/download this file? I've searched the Libraries on the RedHat but with no results.
