Red Hat hangs when using a web browser

I installed Red Hat 7.1 and it works just fine until I start a web browser under KDE or Gnome. I tried both Konqueror and Netscape. All the other programs and network connections are working. Display halts only when I'm using a browser.

When I scroll a web page down fast, the display hangs and turns into mess. Linux is still working underneath, since mouse works and quick-keys allow me to change desktops and logout.

I have a PIII500 and a Voodoo3 3000 AGP TV-OUT. If some one could help, I would appreciate that. I really wouldn't like to swithch back to Windows
