i came to know frm few posts at LQ and some articles that Red Hat has discontinued its desktop version and instead pledged support for Fedora.
I am just about to finish training for the RHCE programme, and I am totally confused about my career as a future Red Hat Linux professional. I am wondering that who will use Red Hat Linux otherwise, as the number of users with Red Hat desktop editions are quite a lot in India...Moreover, a normal user will not be able to access the Red Hat Enterprise Server and Advanced Server editions....on which Red Hat plans to focus in the future.
I would like to know what i should do, and what all can i do in such a situation...as regards my career and what are the possible options for me...
i say become a persom like Linus Torvald or just become a programmer, write games stuff like that. That's what i thought was good for you, if you know hwo to write programs.
