Red Hat 7.2 on Turtle Beach Montego II. Sound driver?

My RH 7.2 (Kernel 2.4.7-10) runs great except I have no sound (aureal not supported). My sound card is a Turtle Beach montego II A3D 320V as stayed in te purchase description. I downloaded au88xx 1.1.2.tar.gz but it doesn't work ( I tried it for vortex 8820, then 8810 and then 8830 with the same undesired results:

#error Modules should never use kernel-headers system headers,
#error but rather headers from an appropriate kernel-source package.
#error Change -I/usr/src/linux/include (or similar) to
#error -I/lib/modules/$(uname -r)/build/include
#error to build against the currently-running kernel.
Make[1]: *** [au_audio.o] Error 1
Make:[1]: Leaving directory '/home/r2ro/turtle beach montego/aureal'
Make: *** [install20] error 2

Any ideas???
