Recover thunderbird 0.5 mail to 0.8
 

Is there any way I can get the mail from Thunderbird 0.5 into 0.8. I have tried the import tool to no avail. All help is appriciated as it will allow me upgrade.

Thunderbird uses the standard unix mailbox format, so you should be able to just copy your mailbox directories from your 0.5 directory to your 0.8 directory.
