Reading from Windows Software RAID-0?
Alright. I recently purchased an AMD64 3200. I have had enough of windows and would like to switch my main comp (Win64 currently) to SuSE 9.1 64-bit. I have the SuSE 9.1 Pro 64-bit DVD here. Installing/working with SuSE wont be a problem. The problem is, keeping my data...
I have 3 drives. All 80gb WDs. One is set to boot windows. The other two are Software RAID-0'd in Windows. Most of my data is on the striped drives, and just installed programs on the windows drive. I have a 4th 80gb drive here, not really doing anything. I would like to install SuSE to a striped drive (software striped) with the windows 80gb, and the extra 80gb I have (leaving the currently windows-software-striped disks as is), and then grab all the data from them once in Linux. Is there any way to read data from a windows-striped array? I know there are programs that read from NTFS drives... And the array is NTFS, but will they work with RAID-0'd drives?
