Read LVM (ext3) partition in Windows

Hi all,

I have a dual boot system and am trying to be able to access all partitions in both OSs. I've tried some windows software that are supposed to be able to read linux partitions, but without luck.

Essentially, my linux OS (rhel) is represented as an LVM partition (within the logical volume is ext3). In windows (7), file viewing programs see the partition as "raw".

Is there any software that can read LVM in windows?

Thanks,
Jim

There is currently no stable solution for reading Linux LVM volumes from another operating system such as Windows. Even if you use an NTFS file system on your Logical-Volume, Windows won't be able to read it because of the way that LVM organizes its disk extents.
