Read character problem


I have several linux servers , all server use mail.pl to send mail to our mail server , but now , a user report that he can't read the Chinese character on his desktop from one of these servers , I am not sure whether the language setting of this server is different ( maybe I make it different when installation ) , can advise what will be the reason of the problem ? thx.

I assume that he should have to install unicode (for chinese language)

Once I also suffered in similar problem. In my case the problem was solved. This thread may help you.Please give a stress over the fourth post in which Lenard told me the secret.
