re-broadcasting internet television using Linux

You know the conflicts happening in Iran. our government has filtered youtube and many other web sites. we cannot receive foreign televisions over the satellite because of censorship. What i hopefully have is a highspeed not censored internet connection. I want to get a mms broadcast of BBC Persian, on my work station, and then re-broadcast it (possibly on mms again) to the filtered internet.

Could you help me please?

I have openSUSE 11.0 and vlc, mplayer, kaffeine installed.

I am hesitant to suggest anything for your situation.
But "Rebroadcasting" to the "filtered internet" is probably a very bad idea for you.
