Rdesktop connect to application only

Hello all.

I have a new windows 2003 server that runs a new software program for our inventory and sales at work. We connect with a RDC in windows XP. Anyway, I just recently learned about Rdesktop and thought that is might be an easy way to connect some older pcs to the program using terminal services.

With the windows RDC I can go in and specify to only connect to the single application which will keep everyone off the other applications on the server. But I have not found an option under Rdesktop or any other linux RDC program that would allow you to specify the application to connect to?

Anyone currently doing this and how?

thanks

mattmc

rdesktop does what the name says, it connects to a remote desktop.. not applications. You'll have to find an alternative, etc.
