Exclamation rc.sysinit for athlon on ASUS

I think i have a problem with my rc.sysinit file in RH 8 on my athlon 2000+ pc on ASUS A7N266 board. if i comment some portions of rc.sysint file, the booting goes to the next section but still unable to load the complete Linux OS.

if any kind soul also faced this problem and can mail me the working rc.sysinit to sankar555@yahoo.com i would be thanfull.

Thanks...
