rar or unrar to recombine files?

I can not seem to find the command option using rar or unrar that will recombine individual .rar files into one media file. For an example I need to recombine the following list of files into one media file

the.apprentice.s03e16.pdtv.xvid-fqm.r01

the.apprentice.s03e16.pdtv.xvid-fqm.r04
the.apprentice.s03e16.pdtv.xvid-fqm.r05
the.apprentice.s03e16.pdtv.xvid-fqm.rar
the.apprentice.s03e16.pdtv.xvid-fqm.sfv

any suggestion would be appreciated. As far as I can tell I have no man pages, but do get some out put with rar --help

I think you just need to join the files together with cat (in the right order) and then save the output as a new .rar file.

I am embarresed, it was as easy as

rar e *.rar

I thought the e option only would extract solid rar files. I did not realize it would also extract multiple files into a single file.
