raid-0 XFS stripe size and stripe width

I have two SATA 250GB WD's on a 3ware Hardware raid card.. I'm using XFS presently and would like to know what options I should use for

su / sunit

sw/ swidth

The stripe size in the 3ware card is 64k presently. I would also like to know if hdparm -a (read-ahead) will affect performance..
