Quicktime

Hello,

I really need some help.

I am in a situation where I need to view quicktime movie files on my Linux system. I am running Slackware 11 right now, but will be upgrading to Slackware 12 in a day or two. I can open the files in MPlayer, but it goes through them ultra fast (i.e., 10x) and without audio.

Any suggestions?

Have you the last release of mplayer codecs? That is release 22-Oct-2006.

I just finished upgrading my system to the new Slackware 12. With the latest Firefox and Mplayer, I am now able to view the quicktime movies in the browser.
