Question Questions about some files relating to X in my home directory.

What in the WORLD is

A.) DCOP
B.) MCOP
C.) ICEauthority
D.) Xauthority

I have

.DCOPserver_trance__0
.MCOP-random-seed
.ICEauthority
.Xauthority

in my home directory.

These are some of the few files I am clueless about in my system. Any help here? I love learning the in's and out's of Linux, but, I gotta learn something about X too

DCOP = Desktop COmmunication Protocol
MCOP = Multimedia COmmunication Protocol

~/.Xauthority is the default x authority file, 'man xauth' will tell you more about what it does.

I suppose .ICEauthority would be something similar to the Xauthority file but then for the window manager/desktop environment. I'm not really sure about that though.
