Question Question re: Evolution

Hi.

I am using Evolution 2.2 at work. If it matters, I am using the "evolution-connector" to connect to the company Exchange Server. I'm not in high enough postion to make IT decisions. :*(

My question is, is there a way to configure the tool bar so only icons will show up instead of both icons and texts? I looked at all the options under Edit --> Preferences, but I could not find anything relevant to it.

This has to be a basic option, but I can't seem to find how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

OS: Fedora Core 4
DE: KDE 3.5.2

TIA,
Dai

Nevermind... I found the solution. Not a nice one, though. Looks like you have to log into GNOME and change the menu bar preference there. I am a KDE user. I would have been screwed had I not had KDE installed on this computer!

Now, another question. Is there a way to change the way the sender shows up in the mail list? Currently it shows both the sender name and e-mail address in "name<e-mail>" format. I find it a bit annoying - I'd just like the name to show up, not the e-mail. Is there a preference for that?

Thanks again,
Dai
