Question for those experienced in SEO

I just opened a website and am learning as I go along.
What I'm looking for is are there any Linux tools that are used for SEO?
[Search Engine Optimization]
I've googled and found a few places but it seems the overwhelming majority is still geared for win.
I'm strictly Linux and will remain that way so I'll make do with what's available in the 'nix world.
And of course the site is on a 'nix server.

Are you running a messageboard? If so most of the SEO tools will be built as plugins for the MB

No.
It's a hand built storefront with an attached blog.
