question about KDE themes

how can i get this theme installed:

http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=13969

the instructions state to type ./configure, but when i do so after downloading the .deb i get an error saying there is no such thing.

when i run dpkg i also get a long error...

KDE is nice, but hot pink is not my choice of colors for a border on all my windows. i have set the theme from the wizard to something that SHOULD not be pink, but that did not do the trick.

help please.

FYI running debian sarge edition on a laptop with an ATI vid card, and KDE >3.2
