Wondering how to install the quake game for mandrake 9.1? I downloaded the sdl quake file in RPM format, ran it, but it would not install. Said that it needed libGLCore. Check directories, and found libGLCore in /usr/lib/, so I am not sure what is going on. Is there a better way to install quake for mandrake 9.1? All help and direction appreciated.
Which are your specifications? Processor, memory and most important, graphics card and drivers.

Code:
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified
I've got it once too. Try to run as root... it should work. Worked for me at least . After a while, for no apparent reason, started to work to other users too... Why? I dunno...
