Try gparted:

http://gparted.sourceforge.net/livecd.php

The livecd is about 120 MB so it's not a big download. Qtparted has been pretty much dormant for the last year and a half. Gparted is being actively developed and is much more up to date and stable IMHO. Everything you need comes on the livecd so there's no problem with dependencies.
