QT and it's problems...


Sorry I am bothering you people again, but again, i got a problem, this time with QT :it is necesarry for quick-dc(dc-gui has a problem installing, and it needs qt3 also, and dc-qt simply does not work... ).the problem is, that i downloaded the .tar.bz2, ./configure(perfect), gmake(or make) and i get ::

what does it mean???I can also mention that in YasT it looks like qt3 is installed.do I ahve another option of a gui dc++ client(dctc IS installed).please help...mummy, i want dc++ in linux...

I think that it means that you are compiling against the wrong version of QT. Look in the ./configure file and see if you can specify the location of your QT library or something similar.

What do you mean with compiling against the wrong version of qt???I am a noob in Linux, so i don't quite get it what's it like with the qt library.I already said I think I have qt3 installed.I'll take a look over again tomorrow..anyways 10x for the reply.
