QMail malfunctions on Fedora Core 4

I am trying to install qmail on a machine running Fedora Core 4. This being my first attempt at any form of email server I decided it would be best to follow the instructions on LifeWithQmail.com. My problems comes when I try to use the "qmailctl" file the author gives. Every time I try to use the command "qmailctl stop" as he so instructs, it returns the error "Bad Interpreter: No such file or directory." Does anyone know how to fix this?
