qmail ./config problem

I am trying to install qmail, but I am having a problem when I get to the ./config part. Here is what happens:

# ./config
Your hostname is localhost.localdomain.
hard error
Sorry, I couldn't find your host's canonical name in DNS.
You will have to set up control/me yourself.

I have an apache server on the same box that I am trying to install qmail.. What can I do?

Try setting the machines hostname to the hostname you will be using for e-mail:
hostname blah.com

I just put in:

./config hostname domain.com

but I got the same error message.

I also put in:

./config domain.com

But I also got the same error message.

Also, I will want to virtual host with email, will it be any different for the way I set ./config up?

Don't append it just type it at the prompt:
hostname blah.com
