Qmail - Backup server looping mail

mail.foo.com primary
mail2.foo.com backup

I have a daily rsync of the vpopmail/domains/foo.com with the primary to backup. Both servers are located in different places (differnet ip). The backup has an identical setup as the primary except w/ mail2.foo.com instead of mail.foo.com

Right now when ever i'm sending out logs to my email address postmaster@foo.com from the backup server, the mail gets looped back to itself and will not be sent to the primary server.

Is there any suggestion on what I can do?
