Qmail & /bin/mail

Qmailers:
As part of the effort to discontinue using binmail, I renamed the binary... as suggested in the Qmail install docs. According to the docs, I should link /bin/mail to point to a usable mailer. Do know og an appropriate mailer which would do the job?
This has become sort of a necessity, not from a user perspective ( cuz the users know what they shouldn't use ) .. but for administrative tasks performed by cron. If the mailer pointed to by /bin/mail doesn't do its job, root wont get the status emails.

thanks in advance.
