qemu Networking, snapshot, disc swapping

Friends,

I tried qemu to run Win 2K. I have two cards:
eth0 192.168.0.201 (local IP)
eth1 61.9.10.100 (Provided by my ISP)

Here are my inquiries:

1.) I want to use both of my lan network in my virtual machine. I tried to look for documents other than the manual but can't find any.
2.) How can I change CD media even if my Virtual Machine is running?
3.) Are the burners supported on Virtual Machine?
4.) How about snapshot? How can I suspend my Virtual Machine and get back on it after reboot?
5.) Are printers supported in Virtual Machine?

Hope someone out there can help me on this one. Thanks.
