pykde ,sip and pyqt question

HI
I would like to compile pykde and I didn't want to use rpm because I am running mandrake 10 beta .And just after I have install (compile)sip 3.10 and pyqt 3.10 ,I had relize that pykde have to be install with same verson with sip and pyqt .I had manage to find sip x11 gpl 3.8 and pyqt x11 gpl 3.8 .But when I check my pykde version that I just downloaded from riverbandcomputing site ,it was pykde 3.8 and it doe'nt wrote pykde x11 gpl 3.8 but just pykde 3.8 .SO I was wondering ,if would work or not .Another thing ,is there any site that I could broswe for all the archive of riverbant software because in it main site ,they don't post old one any more.

thanks!!
