Puppy Linux from USB

Hi. I am trying to boot a computer currently running Windows XP Home from a flash drive. I already have Puppy on the flash drive. The computer when running XP is very slow. I cannot do anything on it right now. When selecting Boot Menu, and boot from USB, an error comes up, and I have to restart. Please help!

Edit: I figured it out. The USB plug was screwed up.
