I can instal the basic puppy 5.01, but keep on having issues with instaling the grub loader. I want to get puppy installed fully so i can run puppy without the CD. I finally convinced my sister to come over to the Linux side *darth vader breathing* "Luke... Sorry couldn't resist. getting back to the main issue, I installed puppy 5.01 Then when I instal Grub loader, it says Select Grub Partion, and when it wants a name to use for a partition.
wondering why i have to create a new partation, and what can i do to instal it. and the next step to fully instal it so i can run it without a disk

For new installation you will need partition with linux compatible filesystem.

I don't think there is possiblity to set two /bin folders on same partition

Maybe grub don't need a standalone partition but you just need to select one that will host grub?

If you are doing this for someone who has never used Linux, you may be better off with Puppy 4.3. Version 5 is still a bit rough round the edges; it's not really a straight replacement for 4.3 but a development of new ideas.
