proxy via http

hi, I have a work computer and they have locked the laptop down severly. At work they block many websites like email. Today they installed something so it blocks blocked website from work at home. Basically i can'tview my email and stuff on my laptop. I have a ubuntu server setup mainly being used as a file leecher. Is there any easy program to use for proxy? Since majority of the settings is locked, I would like a program that uses http interface. I want something like this. http://inet.glwb.info/

I use Cotse often - www.cotse.net. You could also get the anonymous Linux CD and boot from that. I believe it uses a TOR network.
