Proxy Squid Authentication error message

I have installed ncsa_auth and fully configured everytihng, yet I continue to get the following error message when I try to restart squid. :

Proxy auth ACL ' acl ncsa_users proxy auth REQUIRED' because no authentication schemes are fully configured.

I installed ncsa_auth when I compiled squid, then ran the make file and make install commands. The ncsa_auth file is in the /usr/lib/squid/ directory but it just will not work. Please help.

Thanks You in advance,

Tony
