Proxy

Hello all,
I have a cliend that has a page on his site that people can chat on. It works with MIRC. The page connects to an IRC server on port 6667. A lot of places block port 6667. I want to know if anyone knows of a proxy that will accpet connections on a common port (i.e. 80) and then connect to the IRC chat on port 6667. I want to set the page on the site to connect to the proxy via port 80 and then the proxy connects to my IRC server. Thanks.

Thats from running anything in port 6667, so if you have a webpage even with the port 6667, it should be able to connect to that port

but I could be wrong
