Project management Tools LAMP XAMP
 

Hi guys, I have been searching for an open sourced web-based solution for project management. I primarily use the Prince 2 methodology and have normally used Gantt Project and occasionally Open Workbench.

However, I'd like to be able to manage and view projects hosted online with equal if not better visual appeal and functionality than the apps mentioned above.

I have been looking through the web and am about to demo Project Pier that I found on OpenSourceCMS, before diving through Sourceforge and attempting 100 installs and configurations.:confused:

If anyone uses a platform successfully, please let me know to save me the time and headache!:D

Have you checked out Trac? It may not have the visualization you require, but it may work for what you need.
