Wink progy question


ok this progy i am running under winblowz but it also runs under Linux. it's steghide 0.5.1 i finally figured out how to use the command line to run it but when i get to the finally stage i get this error.
Code:
"the cover file is too short to embed the data."
i have tried dif. files and keep getting this same error.

Which program is it?

Steganography requires that the data you are trying to embed in the "main" data set has to have a sufficiently large main data set to house the embedded data. Your main set is too small.
