Red face program similar to Powerpoint on SuSE Linux 9.0?

Alright, I have the need to use Microsoft powerpoint to present a project to my class on Monday. However...since I obviously don't use windows, are there any programs on SuSE linux that can also make a powerpoint presentation?

Try OpenOffice.org, it has a presentation application called Impress, which is very similar to Powerpoint, and can save presentations in PowerPoint format.

Are there any alternatives to Impress? It takes so much memory just to load the program and it slows down my computer tremendously. Any more suggestions?

I tried installing KOffice from RPM but after I did, I couldn't find where to load it. I tried in Konsole typing 'KPresenter' or 'KOffice' but nothing worked. It's not in the desktop menu either. more suggestions PLEASE.
