Program like xlock / alock (Transparent Screen Lock) for CENTOS5/6

There's a program for Windows called Transparent Screen Lock Pro. This allows locking the screen so that users can still see what's going on once locked. The programs xlock and alock look like they might do that, but do not have one feature that TSL-PRO has which would be very useful to us - the ability to specify a user group that can unlock the screen, rather than just the login account.

Is there any program (even commercial) out there that would do that for CENTOS5 and 6...

I looked for exactly the same thing a few years back for RH and found a few choices. i never actually set it up since they allowed us to leave it open.
