Question Program In background

is there a way that when I start KDE I can have a program running that's hidden(i.e. not in the taskbar) so when I click the program's Icon it pops up instantly? I want to do this because Mozilla takes over 10 seconds to load and I want to be able to click the icon and instantly have the program popup.

Try adding Exec=mozilla to /home/frankie/.kde/Autostart/Autorun.desktop. that should load mozilla when KDE's booting
