I'm having some trouble setting up ProFTPd in Mandrake 9.2. Here is my situation:

I've setup an account for ProFTPd and it works correctly. The user can log on the account. However I would like to link a directory that is mounted in /mnt/win_c2 -- as you can see from this mount poin that it is a windows drive.

I've mounted a directory from the /mnt/win_c2/games into the /home/ftp/ directory, howeve r in the ftp program when the user see's the games directory and they try to access it, they receive a file or directory not found.

Any thoughts, suggestions or comments on this would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like an ownership or permissions problem. Is the game directory owned by root? You might be able to solve the problem by defining a new group and assigning the usrs and the games directory to that group.
