ProFTP Bandwidth Limit

I am running an FTP server and would like to know if there is a way to limit bandwidth for a specific client. I can limit someone to X kps... but I would like to limit a user to X mb per day or something of that sort. I am wondering if this is possible, or can I only limit the amount of bandwidth per second?

ftp, proftp
