laptop pc dual boot winxp an mandrake
my modem linux driver not yet available...

recently attacked by hackers and spyware....after adding myself to a newsgroup...

i want to know if there are linux and winxp product granting anonimous email and internet surfing ....

i don't want to make a misuse of this product,but only protect myself from
bad people !!!!

next when a modem driver will be available i will surf network using linux..
so i want to know if there is a linux firewall ,antivirus and spyware protection/removal products...

Linux is generally not targetted or infected by viruses or spyware. 'IPTables' is an excellent firewall. I am not really familiar with any product that allows a linux user to surf "anonymously", though I always question the use of those products anyway.

I think they are giving good information on this subject. I agree on 'Anonymity is not a crime', but I also see the problem of potential misuse.
