Question processor temp monitor on konsole


i use cantos 5.7 on ibm X3105, how to monitor processor temperature on konsole.?

Have a look at lm-sensors.

lm-sensors is a console solution.

i typed lm-sensors on konsole, and it says command not found

lm-sensors is the package name. Once you have it installed you can launch the command
Code:
sensors-detect
(as root) to let the program find any sensors on your system and to determine which kernel modules have to be loaded to use those sensors.
After this one-time step is done the output of those sensors is shown when the command
Code:
sensors
is launched. For the second command you don't need to be root.

Thank you for your reply, i have read some articles about lm-sensor. I think i will need to make some adjustment to install it in my system.
