What does this conflict error mean?

It means that you are trying to install

httpd-2.0.47-4

when all the versions of the software packages on your system which relay on httpd require the version

httpd-2.0.40-21

So what it means is that you have to update all the other packages which use httpd to use httpd-2.0.47-4 rather than httpd-2.0.40-21.

The easiest way of doing this is by install apt and letting that work out the dependencies and install the other required updates.
