problems installing/running TriDraw with Wine on RedHat 9

I'm trying to get TriDraw (a ternary diagram plotter) to run on RedHat 9. I've gone as far as actually getting TriDraw to open, but when I start to use it, I get error messages like "Access violation at address 00434ADD in module 'Tridraw.exe'. Read of address 00000018," or "Cannot assign nil to a font." I don't understand what they mean at all. These error messages keep popping up everytime I try to do anything with TriDraw, so I usually end up just killing the program. But is there anything that I can fiddle with (e.g. fonts installation, additional packages, etc.) that can help fix this? Or can anyone perhaps suggest a Linux counterpart to TriDraw?
