Problems installing Mercury

Hi all, I just downloaded Mercury from www.mercury.to. The problem is when I run the installer executable, I get this error:

Note that I'm doing it as root, so I shouldn't have permission problems. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?? Thanks in advance.
